The idea for this camera enclosure was driven by the need for a compact, durable, and user-friendly housing for a custom camera project. The goal was to protect sensitive components—like the camera module, microcontroller, Micro SD card, and LED display—while keeping everything accessible and easy to use. We drew inspiration from minimalist consumer tech designs that balance form and function. The enclosure was prototyped using a 3D printer, allowing for quick iterations and precise fitting of all components. The final design includes an accessible Micro SD card slot, a display window for the LED screen, and a secure snap-fit or screw-lock assembly.
