Cheese Grater/Vegetable Shredder Prototype

This is a compact, intuitive shredding and grating tool designed for home cooks who want efficiency and simplicity in the kitchen. With interchangeable blades and ergonomic design, it tackles everything from soft cheeses to hard root vegetables — all in one device. Our team was inspired by everyday cooking frustrations — clunky, hard-to-clean graters, hand fatigue from repetitive motions, and the waste caused by hard-to-reach food remnants. We wanted to design a tool that makes prep work fast, safe, and satisfying, especially in smaller kitchens where space is limited.
